Terms & Conditions for Gift Cards

1. Gift Card Issuance

   • Gift cards are issued by Suresh Cloth Emporium, hereafter referred to as "The Company."
   • Gift cards can be purchased online via our website at www.chandooka.com

2. Validity & Expiration

   • Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
   • Unused balances on expired gift cards will not be refunded or credited.
     

3. Usage

   • Gift cards can be redeemed only at our physical location or our website for products and services.
   • Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or refunded. No cash refund is available on purchases made with a gift card.
   • If the value of a purchase is lower than the value of the gift card, the remaining balance will not be refunded. It will remain on the card for future purchases until the card's expiration date.
   • Multiple gift cards can be combined for a single purchase, provided the total value does not exceed the purchase amount.
     
     

4. Limitations & Exclusions

   • Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.
   • Certain promotions, discounts, or special offers may not apply when redeeming gift cards. Please refer to the specific promotion for details.
   • Gift cards cannot be reloaded or resold.
     
     

5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Gift Cards
   

   • The Company is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards. Treat your gift card as cash.
   • If your gift card is lost or stolen, contact us immediately at 9480774272 or sureshclothgpl@gmail.com with proof of purchase, and we will assist you in the recovery process, though replacement is not guaranteed.
     

6. Non-Transferable
   

   • Gift cards are non-transferable and may only be used by the original purchaser or recipient.
     
     

7. Refunds on Purchases Made with a Gift Card

   • Refunds on purchases made with a gift card will be issued as store credit or back to the gift card itself, depending on the situation.
     
     

8. Amendments
